A device can only sync while the app is open on it. “Sync all” updates this device now, and every other device catches up the next time you open it.
If another device overwrote your data, publish this one over it. A backup is taken first.
Restore points kept on the server. One is saved automatically each day, and before anything destructive.
Export, import, or reset all data. Images are stored in IndexedDB (separate from JSON exports).
Keep a file copy too. Server backups above cover this account, but an exported JSON file is the only copy that survives losing access to the account itself. Images stored in IndexedDB are not included in JSON exports.
